CPS - Alliance also offers a fresh concept
within the recruitment industry known as a Candidate Profile
Sheet (CPS). The CPS provides Alliance’s clients
with a unique candidate profile report. This report is
a unique standardized presentation that includes the candidates
experience and skills sets that provide Alliance’s
clients with valuable insights into the candidates. The
CPS also lists the candidate’s years of experience
and test scores on various applications such as Word, Excel,
Power Point, etc. Alliance also provides its clients with
a personality profile to show clients how the individual
could potentially match the description and position within
the specific company profile.
